Senior Associates Denece Rhines Ms. Rhines has over twenty years of client support experience and is the client’s liason to Trans-Century, responsible for the coordination and timely execution of services offered by Trans-Century. A talented and efficient administrator, she also assists in the design and Ms. Rhines has served in various executive administrative support positions in a variety of firms including large healthcare facilities and county government and is active in her community providing much needed support to her local school district. John-Michael C. Zimmerle As Vice President for Marketing & Creative Services, Mr. Zimmerle has broad responsibility for national sales, product and services development, brand management, and customer service. A communications specialist, he is well experienced in sales, development and marketing design. Additionally, he served as a paraprofessional healthcare provider and administrator for over fifteen years in public and military service. Mr. Zimmerle joined Trans-Century in 2002, working in the Mountain West sales division assuming responsibility for the development of our special vendor partnerships. In 2003, he was named Vice President, Marketing, where he successfully directs the company’s marketing resources for its various divisions. Active in his community, he serves as the chief executive officer of Outdoors Unlimited, a non-profit youth and family development organization, and as President and member the Board of Directors of Private Investigators Association of Utah.
